  • Abstract
    For multicell MIMO interfering broadcast channels (IFBC), the zero-forcing-based approach can achieve the near optimal performance at high signal-noise-ratio (SNR) regime. However, the drawback of the zero-forcing-based approach is the poor performance in low SNR regime compared to the conditional match filter receive scheme. In order to address this problem, we propose an algorithm for minimizing the weighted sum of the weighted sum of mean-square error (MSE). Correspondingly, we begin with the general interference alignment (IA) scheme for IFBC, which can mitigate the inter-interference (ICI) and intra-interference (IUI) based on local channel state information. Next, to improve the performance of the general IA scheme at low SNR, we propose an iterative transceiver design method based on weighted MSE. Extensive numerical simulations are given to validate the effectiveness of our algorithm.
