Abstract :
We propose a novel BOTDR technique by using self-delayed interferometer, which realize high-speed measurement and simple configuration simultaneously. Ultra high speed 1km-long distributed measurement of 40 ms was successfully demonstrated with a 1.5 m spatial resolution.
