  • Abstract
    We proposed and demonstrated a blind chromatic dispersion estimation method based on fractional Fourier transformation, which is proved robust against ASE and fiber nonlinearity, with only 2048 samples for 28GBaud DP-QPSK and DP-16QAM signal.
