Vocabulary, synonyms and sentiments of hazard-related posts on social networks

The messages prompted by emergency situations and hazards have a specific vocabulary, related to both the topic and to the emotional response of the writers. An analysis of these vocabularies, the sentiment charge they carry, and the choice of words among synonyms was performed for messages in Romanian. Knowing the most frequent words in the posts related to a class of events is important because it allows a rational choice of logic conditions for searching the social networks for those events. The applications envisaged relate to emergency situations.
