Abstract :
Quantum dot cellular automata (QCA) are used as a replacement of CMOS technology. It is involved in the implementation of classic cellular automata with quantum dots. QCA is a revolutionary technology that is used in nano electronics level to perform computing. QCA has better speed, better device density and comparatively lower-power dissipation than CMOS. A one bit processor is implemented in this paper using QCA and the circuit performance is verified with various components.
