Abstract :
This paper deals with obtaining the real characteristics of the emotional state of human-operator without interference in ergonomic conditions of operator activity. Research is carried out within the concepts of International Civil Aviation Organization, introduction of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance / Air Traffic Management: automation focused on the person; situational awareness; control of the errors.
