Idle terminal´s re-connection minimizing procedure in the network

Research has been conducted to improve performance in a wireless communication environment. One of the technologies is Low latency for improving the user´s QOE (quality-of-experience). Frequent state transition of the user terminal generates an unnecessary procedure. As a result, the latency is increased and the quality of service is poor. In this paper, minimizes a connection procedure when terminal reconnected to the network for minimized latency. As a result, the terminal reduces the time to access the network. If using the method proposed in this paper, reduce the latency and can be improved quality of service.
