Abstract :
Welcome to 61st IEEE Holm Conference on Electrical Contacts. It is my great pleasure and distinct privilege as Chairman of the Holm Conference to welcome all of you to San Diego. For the first time, we have our meeting here in this major city of California, on the coast of the Pacific Ocean and immediately adjacent to the border with Mexico.
