Abstract :
In this research, we utilize two-step solution process to form perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 on planar ZnO thin layer deposited on ITO glass. The process is conducted under low temperature. The champion device has high Jsc of 20 mA/cm2 and efficiency of 13.3% due to uniform morphology of ZnO film and appropriate control of two-step solution process.
