Some aspects of local-base transformation in non-stationary signals processing tasks

The paper presents one of processing optimization algorithms, which is used for signals with nonlinear frequency modulation. Proposed optimization approach of weight processing is applicable to frequency domain. It is based on asymptotic approach that estimates spectral composition of the signal to select the areas of maximum energy concentration in frequency domain. Also the weighting filtering features of specified areas are considered.
