Abstract :
The paper discusses the need to define the concept of development of telecommunications 5G and the example of mobile communication subscriber in a mobile terminal moving on the highway at a speed of 250 km/h are discussed problems and possible variants individual technical solutions. Particular attention is paid to assessing the feasibility of the proposed solutions, which confirms the decisions of individual tasks.
