Abstract :
It is shown that video information in the controlled from distance systems of collection of video information on the basis of side complexes of aeromonitoring utilized in behalf of type departments and the state makes informative resource. It is grounded, that for providing of safety of video information ponderable meaningfulness for the systems of aeromonitoring is had category of availability and integrity. The problem aspects of theoretical approaches are analysed in relation to treatment of video information for the increase of their availability and integrity. The necessity of creation of theoretical base and methods is expounded for the construction of effective syntactic description of context maintenance of videoshots with the use of intellectually of process of authentication video of the stages on the degree of their semantic maintenance. Development of model of informing syntactic presentation of contour video sequence is expounded in the system of intellectual treatment of videoshots. Conformities to the law, based on the exposure of locally-contour properties of contour video sequence of segment of videoshot, are additionally taken into account here.
