Abstract :
Strategy for bit rate control end equipment, which provides the best image quality for a given channel and the best time to process a single frame is considered. To implement the compression mechanism predicted frame is analyzed: format chroma subsampling, the decision threshold depending on the type of processing block in frame quality factor and quantization. The combination of selected options provides the flexibility to adapt to the required bandwidth while maintaining the required quality of the transmitted image.
