Abstract :
In this paper, the expression for channel capacity of dual correlated selection combining (SC) system applying desired signal decision algorithm is derived. Fading of both desired and cochannel interference (CCI) is modelled by Weibull distribution with different fading severity levels. Numerical results are presented to accomplish proposed mathematical analysis and to examine influence of branch correlation and fading severity on channel capacity.
