Abstract
The competitiveness of a company is through the control of information on the environment in all areas with a view to ascertain the trends and maintain a worldview in which evolves thereof and also to help the decision-maker in his process of decision making. This role is provided by the competitive intelligence. However, competitive intelligence is still a new concept for Moroccan companies in general and exporters in particular. He then seemed interesting to explore the behavior of Moroccan exporters in the field of business intelligence and how the process of business intelligence can help with decision making.
