Abstract
The globalization of trade, the accelerated pace of innovation and the increasing segmentation and market transformation represent so many aspirations threats than opportunities for businesses. Indeed, it is vital to integrate more and more information in order to reduce the uncertainty generated by this new environment. The business intelligence reports although this fact by allowing these companies to make anticipatory listening weak signals of their socio-economic environment in order to discover the creative opportunities and reduce uncertainty in order to make the right decisions.
