Abstract :
The proposed work presents a novel DTMOS based differential voltage current conveyor (DVCC). The proposed DTMOS technique reduces the power consumption and enhances the linearity of DVCC without increasing the circuit complexity. The current linearity of the proposed DTMOS based DVCC has improved by 1.5 times. It also results in enhancing the bandwidth of the circuit. The validity and performance of the proposed circuit has been verified by using it in a voltage mode multifunction biquadratic filter. Simulation and analysis are done using PSPICE, 0.18μm CMOS technology. Result analysis signifies that the proposed technique results in enhancing the bandwidth of the voltage mode multifunction biquadratic filter by approximately 1.4284 to 2.069 times.
