Abstract
Today´s evolving and continuously growing businesses heavily rely on information systems for meeting their business requirements. These systems are integrated by enterprise application integration to provide timely and accurate information across the organization. Quality Issues in these systems has not only caused financial losses but also resulted in huge reputation losses for the enterprises. Much of the literature on the quality of enterprise application focusses on the High Level factors. In this paper authors have conducted the literature survey followed by the interviews of industry experts. These interviews were focussed on the detailed and operational aspects of various phases of the software development that impacts the quality. Authors have identified eight additional factors that influence the overall quality of these systems.
