Abstract :
This paper describes the implementation of a microcontroller platform for real-time estimating reliability of sensors and electronic systems. Also we introduced a system using the smartphone for collecting real-time sensor data and simultaneously screen the data sensor on Android application, signals have been transmission using Bluetooth connections. This design is the advancement over ordinary wired sensor networks which are restricted to a fixed monitoring location. The proposed system minimize the deficiencies of the traditional reliability prediction methods for sensors or electronic systems like the use of generic failure rates for reliability prediction; and, the lack of realism of the reliability prediction in various operational environments. The key traits of the proposed methodology are its ability to incorporate all failure in real-time and dynamically modify the estimated reliability of the sensor or monitored system.
