Abstract :
With time, software systems have become increasingly complex. It is not enough to think about software complexity in terms of algorithms and data structures. It has become necessary to think about software architecture. This work presents the development of a software architecture for a environmental education platform. Such an environmental education and communication platform is being developed in order to attend the needs of sensitizing people towards climate change. It has been appreciated that current practices for climate change awareness are not enough and that new strategies are needed. In order to this, it has been proposed to develop an environmental education platform. Such a platform requires, as its main resource, a software architecture. The development of the software architecture for the education environmental platform is presented.
