  • Abstract
    A low-profile helical antenna with capacitive feed was proposed and achieved circular polarization in vertical direction to the ground. Based on this study, a low-profile helical antenna which generates circular polarization in horizontal direction to the ground is studied. A proposed antenna can generate circular polarization in horizontal direction to the ground. The antenna has total thickness of λ/100. And the antenna can generate RHCP and LHCP.
