Abstract :
In this paper, a novel compact high isolation Wireless local area network (WLAN) multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) antenna based on composite right-/left-handed (CRLH) is proposed. The antenna performance and field distribution are studied through simulation. The results prove that this new method can realize high isolation between antenna elements with nearly no influence on its radiation performance. Abo, due to the coplanar waveguide (CPW) structure, this MIMO antenna is easy to machine and integrate with other components of the circuit.
