Regulations on the new medians ? Regulatory regime construction and demanded reforms

The traditional medians are now challenged by the new media. For the law-makers the character of new media is different from the traditional counterparts, therefore, more related reforms are also demanded in the Chinese society. The characters of new media include: interactivity, quasi-networks and market domination. Reforms demanded then are to establish independent new media networks and a media association, which would be accomplished by the PPP model.
