Abstract :
There are a lot of Human resource companies and other business companies that are experiencing difficulties in selecting applicants that would fill their vacant job positions. They usually use the traditional way of selecting applicants like series of interviews, training and giving probationary period to employees at work before they can finally decide if they will employ the applicant or not. On this process they have to spend so much time to select the best applicants and at times they are unsatisfied with their performance. Therefore we have come up to an idea to do an experimental research on how to select applicants the easiest and the most convenient way.
