Abstract :
Reliability prediction profile is the diagrams of environmental parameters and time. It is used for simulation. It is in accordance with certain rules to deal with environmental reliability test profile. And it must reflect the actual stress situations. This paper studies temperature and vibration parameters of the profile, and determines its effect on the failure life of product. For the reliability prediction profile´s design and simplification, a few rules is supposed in this paper. Finally, through the contrast of product life and failure mechanism under two environment profile conditions in the case, paper demonstrates the rationality of the simplified rules.
