Abstract :
In order to establish the fault information platform that across industrial department and operation department, as well as to support improvement of civil aircraft´s quality and operator´s maintenance capability, based on the research of civil aircraft´s fault during the operation phase, including its scope, classification and data collection mechanism, the database system and technical framework for civil aircraft operation fault was constructed. It includes the following five parts: data collection, data audit, information management, statistical analysis and system management. Based on this technical framework, civil aircraft operating fault database system and application platform was developed, a solid foundation for civil aircraft operation fault data collection was built, supporting civil aircraft continuously upgrade the quality.
