Abstract :
Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is widely used in the product design process of various fields, and is of great significance for the product reliability, testability and safety. Aimed at the problems of FMEA existing in the electronic product design and manufacturing process, this paper proposed to carry out FMEA work based EDA simulation, through the establishment of electronic design automation function simulation model of products, in order to achieve a clear description of the failure mode, an objective and accurate failure effect analysis process, and a quantized and believable failure criterion. Such FMEA can more effectively guide the improvement of the product design and improve the reliability of the product.
