Abstract :
The mechanical parts manufacturing process planning has a great influence on mechanical components´ reliability. Based on mechanical fault mechanism, we choose the key parameters to set up contradiction matrix. Combining the matrix with 40 invention principles of TRIZ, it can help to improve the mechanical parts manufacturing process planning quickly and precisely. As a result, this method can improve mechanical components´ reliability in some extent.
