Abstract :
When a failure happens on the aircraft, it will spread in a complex way and affect a lot of units. The article combines FTA and CBR diagnostic method to quickly identify the fault source for maintenance personnel, providing support for them to use LRU (line replaceable unit) to solve fault. Fault case is usually a simple mapping between fault symptoms and fault source, and is also most widely-used knowledge in the actual aircraft fault diagnosis field. Take advantage of the intermediate events, reason rules and a series of logic expressions obtained in fault tree analysis to build a binary tree model of aircraft fault diagnosis to realize the case-based reasoning fault diagnosing function with a visual troubleshooting guide, improving reusability of fault cases and efficiency of fault diagnosis.
