Ubiquitous personal heart rate long distance transmission to the treatment centers based on smart mobile phone application

Ubiquitous personal heart rate variability processes present important information on cardiovascular system functional state situation. The system of such information processing is investigated. Hardware and software for comfortably and at low cost implementation of such type procedures is suggested. The system based on application of wearable sensors/transmitters, dual-mode smartphones, short and long distance wireless connections is presented.
