Abstract :
In order to realize the intelligence operation of high voltage circuit breaker, it is necessary to effectively control the speed of switch contact in the process of its operation. This paper will present a new type of salient pole rotor brushless coils excitation motor drive controller. Salient pole rotor brushless motor with large output torque, wide range of speed, etc. Using DSP - TMS320F28335 as Cybernetics Core, the control strategy of the servo motor operating mechanism is double closed loop PID control algorithm. This paper will introduce the hardware circuit design of the controller such as power design, opening and closing drive circuit and control circuit design, switch input and output circuit design and communication circuit design. Experiment result proves that the design structure of motor operating mechanism control system is reasonable. And it not only realizes commonly function of traditional operating mechanism, But also can provide high mechanical properties which could satisfy the requirement of the opening and closing speed of the circuit breaker, meanwhile the ability of fast response of the high voltage circuit breaker operating mechanism and controllability will be improved.
