Abstract :
In this paper, the performance of prospective transient recovery voltage (TRV) is analyzed with respect to the characteristics of TRV analyzer. Specifically, this paper focuses on the array of diodes which is an important element of TRV analyzer. Test results show that the parallel and series connections of diodes respectively have advantages in terms of damping and a period of TRV.
