Abstract :
As the emphasis on lightning protection for launch vehicle s, lightning indirect effects had taken into concern in nowadays. Among all the indirect effects action forms, the LEMP field radiation effect is one of the most common one. On the purpose of analyze the radiation effect on launch vehicles, a small launch vehicle model was established. Besides, a vertical LEMP field and a horizontal LEMP field were respectively set up near the model to correspond to the different radiation directions of the LEMP field. By using the TLM algorithm, a simulation analysis was carried out, and the simulation results were obtained. By comparing with the actual situation, it has validated that the simulation results were similar to the actual LEMP inductive field distribution trend.
