Abstract :
This paper discusses the influence of manufacturing inaccuracies in a response of a dual-mode ring resonator filter. The study was performed using the Unscented Transform as an analysis tool. The calculation of uncertainty effects is illustrated by the use of the correlation between the input and output parameters. So, it is possible to identify what are the most relevant parameters in the manufacturing process.
