An evolutionary game model between Governments and manufacturers with return of E-wastes

An evolutionary game model between the governments and the manufacturers was developed. The stability conditions of parties, their behaviors, and the effect of some parameters on their stability, were analyzed. The results shows that the penalty system and supervision cost of the government have much impact on final results. And the feasible regulation polices can effectively promote manufacturers to return and process e-wastes.
