Research on enterprise business model innovation in the perspective of value chain optimization

This paper studies the design of business model innovation and implementation process from the perspective of value chain optimization. Through the industry value chain and business model architecture, the paper put forward the theoretical framework, on the basis of which establishes the theory structure of business model innovation. In the case of Kalian Inc business innovation model, the model has made a further analysis of significance and reality. Hope to provide reference for enterprise to realize the transformation of business model.
