Abstract :
The objective of the study is to explore the impact of supply chain long term orientation on product quality and the mediating roles of goal congruence and communications. Data was collected through a Web survey of U.S. manufacturing firms in various industries. Structural equation modeling (LISREL) was used to analyze the data. The results and implications are discussed in the paper.
