Abstract :
Rotor mechanical properties under high acceleration is affected synthetically by a number of factors, in order to improve the operating characteristics of the rotor, the rotor with holes will be taken as the example, then the finite element model of the rotor with parallelism error is established, and by changing the distance between the hole and the rotor rotation center (denoted e), the influence of parallel error on stress and strain distribution of the rotor is analyzed, the results show that when e <;182mm, the deviation of maximum stress value caused by parallel error is 5%, when e reaches 186mm, the maximum error caused by the parallel error is about 100%, the greater e should be avoided in design.
