Abstract :
In this study, an integrated programming model in ready mixed concrete plant with multi-mixer is developed, which is based on the research of a real company´s business process and logistics management. A method is proposed which applies a combining-rules algorithm including the rules for choosing mixers, trucks and construction sites. On the basis of computational experiments on a variety of real cases, some conclusions are drawn which can provide a better solution for a scheduling manager.
