Abstract
Lean logistics performance evaluations for integrated service-oriented logistics enterprises have several characteristics which involve business links and interactions between the evaluation dimensions. In this paper, a lean logistics performance evaluation index system is constructed based on the balanced scorecard (BSC). To identify the characteristics of the index system, unascertained sets are used to eliminate any uncertainty. Through the construction of a single index measurement function and matrix, composite scores for each appraisal object are calculated, allowing for the lean logistics performance of the integrated service-oriented logistics enterprise to be divided into different grades. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method is proved through empirical analyses. Then, suggestions for the maintenance and improvement of the system are proposed based on the evaluation results.
