Abstract :
The current market competition between enterprises in essence has been transformed into the competition between supply chain and supply chain. In the face of increasingly open international and domestic markets, Chinese automobile manufacturers must pay attention to the logistics cost control. Transportation cost and warehousing cost are two major cost in the logistic cost. Whether Chinese automobile enterprises can effectively control the cost of transportation and warehousing costs will be the key to the future survival and development. This paper mainly studies the cost control problems of container transportation in the Changan Ford automobile parts inbound logistics supply chain. Using PERT network analysis of the existing process cost, and the optimization is carried out. Finally the control effect and the degree of optimization of the container transportation process reengineering is discussed.
