Abstract :
Three or four-tier cities are the main sales market of FMCG. Currently, grocery stores, mom and pop shops are the main mode of the terminal retailers of FMCG in three or four-tier cities. Their poor management and supplies are mainly from two or three wholesale market. This traditional FMCG sectors circulation patterns have many problems like long links, high transaction costs, low transaction efficiency and etc. As mobile internet technology developed, bingo has integrated the supply chain upstream and downstream resources, and optimized internal management. And it provides service for terminal local retailers in Xuchang. At the end, it has optimized and integrated wholesale FMCG channel. This case uses the method of field research on the analysis of bingo business model, researches into the Bingo Pattern. Ultimately, it provides a reference for the FMCG supply chain integration of other three or four-tier Cities.
