Abstract
Based on previous studies, the different forms of Collection and Delivery Point (CDP)currently used by B2C e-commerce business are divided into five types in this paper, i.e., the convenience store chain mode, intelligent box mode, “scattered little stores” mode(similar with “Collect+” mode), self-run store mode and express service point mode, this paper then introduce the process of consumer going to pick up parcels and the mode of distribution mode of the convenience store chain mode and “scattered little stores in society” mode. And then the advantages and disadvantages of these five modes are analyzed, and finally the evaluation index system of B2C e-commerce business choosing CDP was designed in this paper.
