Abstract :
In response to the call from the China Railway Corporation of the technology standardization construction of railway water supply and drainage monitoring system in our country, guarantee the prop-up function of railway water supply and drainage automatic monitoring system for railway water supply and drainage, feedback on the current situation of water supply and drainage automatic monitoring system and technical level, should explore the evaluation method of water supply and drainage monitoring system´s technical level. Based on the expression way of the index system , establish a system of the technical level of the evaluation index system from four dimensions , using fuzzy method with CRITIC method to determine comprehensive weighting of the index , fuzzy matter-element analysis method was used to construct the appraisal model of water supply and drainage monitoring system´s technical level. Provides a new way of thinking for the present situation of railway water supply and drainage monitoring system and technical level evaluation, and ensure that the railway water supply and drainage technology level to meet the actual requirements of the monitoring system, promote the development of the railway water supply and drainage monitoring system standardization.
