Business model innovation of logistics enterprise based on the pattern of banking business

Business models are considered to be the most important competitiveness of enterprises. This paper provides a theoretical framework in order: (i) to discuss the concepts on business model of logistics enterprise, (ii) to analyses the business model, combining with the bank of China business conduction mode, and put forward the concept of service product differentiation innovative business model, and (iii) to improve strategies for the logistics companies.
