A research on the expected logistic model of S.F.EXPRESS for E-business

This paper mainly focuses on the innovative proposal of expected logistic model for E-business for the purpose of its development on the basis of the analysis on S.F.EXPRESS situation. Moreover, this paper largely analyzes business plans of branch storage and warehouse financing, puts forward selection plans for good E-business partner by AHP and selection method for regional distribution center by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This research will be regarded as the future of S.F.EXPRESS´s E-business and logistics for E-business.
