The optimization research on the queuing system in highway long-distance bus terminal small express

Due to the rapid development of logistics industry, the customer need to send more and more small items, and manpower and resources are limited which are provided by logistics companies for the customer, therefor when customers sent items to logistics department need to wait in line, If the time waiting in queue more than the longest waiting time that customer can tolerate, customers will choose other logistics companies. For a long time, Logistics Company will lose a lot of customers, and in the fierce market fight it also face the risk of bankruptcy. To optimize the queuing system and improve its market competitiveness, this paper simply introduces the business process of small goods, mainly studies the small express queuing system.
