Spare parts management always plays an important role in 4S enterprise. How to predict the demand is essential to reduce the cost of inventory and improve efficiency. Some special parts which customer urgently need are high value and easy to devalue. The prediction of these parts is especially important. This paper blends the bathtub curve with the Regression analysis and Weibull distribution to predict the demand of spare parts, solving the problem and having a reality significance.
