Abstract :
This analysis integrates the methodology of monitoring of profiles to data with response variable type poisson proposed by Amiri et al. 2011, with the development of the control board of mobile range reviewed by Williams, Woodall Birch (2007). The application of this integration, was developed based on the information supplied by the second manufacturer of bodywork for vehicles of transport of passenger in Colombia. With that integration was developed a basic model where were analyzed the key variables in the generation of defects to a particular design vehicle. This vehicle was selected due their manufacturing process and significance of their control board data. The model was implemented to simulate the data behavior of the key variables and their defects, and then build the coefficient matrix and the control board of mobile ranges. This study denotes how use the alterations of the statistical model proposed, identifying changes and over what period in order to take action over variation on nominal process values.
