Abstract :
In the article is proposed a model that facilitates the understanding of the emergence of joint actions in Human Social Systems (HSS), emphasizing the interaction between Agents (people). The model seeks to absorb higher levels of complexity from identifying some of the traits that determine the susceptibility of individuals to accept proposals for action of others with whom to interact. To date there has been significant researches that demonstrate the arising of joint actions in HSS from the interaction between people, but nevertheless there is ample space to go against the nature of the interactions and the features that allow the emergence of global behavior. The model is supported by the statements that have been made about it in science from networks, game theory, as well as the proposals that have been made from sociology. The design of the simulation model is supported by agent´s model.
